Vivian is a real estate Broker and has served her association in several capacities and represented her region on the state level. She also has served as President of the Women’s Council of Realtors, Greater Los Angeles Chapter, as Treasurer for seven consecutive years for the Glendale Association of Realtors as well as on the Board of Directors, as Education Committee Chair, and presently serves on the Professional Standards Committee. She has received many awards for achievement on several levels, but the one she takes pride in most is the prestigious “Realtor of the Year” award received in 2011, which is a testament from her peers recognizing her service to the real estate community. She selflessly and tirelessly serves her clients as a fiduciary with integrity and care. She counsels her buyers at the outset of their relationship to insure that they understand the entire real estate process, and also her sellers so that they understand the process of selling and how best to receive the highest possible price for their property.

She is an all-around agent, education is her penchant, as such, she is a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) a graduate of the Real Estate Institute (GRI) , a graduate of the Leadership Training Institute (LTG), an Accredited Buyers’ Representative (ABR), a Senior’s Real Estate Specialist (SRES) , a Performance Management Network graduate (PMN), and received certification as an internet specialist (E-Pro), and each year, as laws are constantly changing, carefully follows the updates that govern real estate so that she can properly counsel and protect her clients.
